Interactive Lesson Library
A library of short, interactive 3D lessons that teach the technical side of the plant. Build a crude distillation column and watch the fractions separate, bring a refinery console back from an upset, walk a well through its barriers. Trainees get 15-to-30-minute drills, streaks, and a training record; coordinators and assessors get dashboards and competency evidence from every decision made inside a sim. It runs in a browser and feeds the LMS you already have.

Walkable Field-Rounds Sim
You take a shift as the field operator on Compressor A and walk a rendered control shack and skid. Answer Control on the radio, inspect the equipment, and log what you find in an operator notebook as classified evidence, both what it is and what it means. It teaches field operators to catch an abnormal condition on rounds, record and cross-check the evidence, and escalate with a case that holds up, before a reading like low lube oil turns into a trip.

Hidden hazards must be surfaced before approval; missed isolations are scored against barrier integrity, not against speed. A first-person scenario built around the nine IOGP Life-Saving Rules: bypassing controls, working at height, line of fire, energy isolation, hot work, lifting, driving. Players face dilemmas under social pressure from peers, supervisors, and customers. Scoring rewards the reasoning behind the call, not just the right answer. The instinct comes from drilling the same dilemma dozens of different ways.

An H2S or gas alarm response drill where players read a portable detector, check wind direction, and choose between withdraw, investigate with SCBA, or raise the facility alarm, all inside a 30-second decision window. An incident-reconstruction scenario where players investigate a near-miss and build the bowtie: hazards, threats, top event, consequences, barriers, degradation factors. The system asks what would have stopped the next link in the chain, and scores how well you can predict the next failure if the same barriers stay weak. Aligned to API RP 754 and the leading-indicator frameworks regulators are pushing hardest.

A new-hire and contractor pre-mobilization journey covering orientation, hazard spotting, SOP basics, reporting lines, and the first stop-work scenario. Built to gate badge issuance: contractors finish the sim offline on a tablet at the gate, the operator gets an xAPI badge in Cornerstone or SuccessFactors before mobilization. The contractor-onboarding wedge no one has truly productized.

A handover simulation where the player faces an outgoing operator at shift change and must capture critical information under time pressure: equipment status, permits in flight, recent alarms, watch items. Downstream consequences score the quality of what was communicated. Shift handover is a documented causal factor in Texas City, Buncefield, and Piper Alpha, and almost no vendor has built one around it.

An optical gas imaging (OGI) survey simulation where players walk a facility looking for methane plumes through a thermal-camera view, scoring detection rate, false positives, and quantification. Aligned to OGMP 2.0 reporting and the methane intensity numbers operators now publish. The first move into the energy-transition skill set almost no vendor has built yet.
